Eligible returns
Unused, uncut fabric in its original packaging with tags and labels intact may be returned or exchanged. The item must be in the same condition in which you received it.
Non-returnable items
Cut, washed, or stitched fabric cannot be returned. Sale items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
How to start a return
Email offlineduniya@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will confirm whether the item is eligible and provide return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
