Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 2-4 working days. Delivery across Pakistan typically takes 3-5 working days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking link by email or SMS once your order is on its way.
We offer complimentary delivery on orders over Rs 5,000. For orders below this amount, delivery charges are calculated at checkout.
Returns and exchanges
We want you to love your fabric. If something is not right, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Unstitched fabric must be unused, uncut, and in its original packaging. We will arrange an exchange or a refund once the item is inspected.
For hygiene and quality reasons, cut or stitched fabric cannot be returned. Sale items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
